Our service

We provide professional massage at the client’s home in Dubai. Our therapists may refuse or end a session if they feel unsafe, if a client behaves inappropriately, or if a health condition makes massage unsuitable.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed only when we confirm the time, therapist and price in writing (usually on WhatsApp).

Health

Please tell us about any medical conditions, medication or injuries before your session. We do not offer massage during pregnancy. Massage is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.

Prices and payment

Prices are as confirmed at the time of booking. As a home service, the final price is the massage price plus travel expenses for the home visit. Contact us for payment details; the travel fee is price on request and confirmed before you book.

Changes and cancellation

Please tell us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel. Contact us for details of our cancellation terms. If we need to cancel, we will tell you as early as possible and offer another time.

Arrival and access

Please make sure your therapist can access your building. Delays caused by access problems may shorten the session.

Offers

Promotional offers apply only as described, cannot be combined unless stated, and may end at any time. The first-visit offer gives 10% off the massage price (travel expenses extra) on a client’s first booking.
