A few details that help your therapist arrive on time.
- Roads around The Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are very busy in the evening and on event nights such as New Year's Eve, when some roads close. We plan routes around this, and earlier slots are more reliable.
- Downtown towers usually have a concierge or security desk. Please register the therapist in advance and include your tower name and flat number.
- Old Town buildings are low-rise with their own parking areas. Let us know which entrance and car park to use.
